I really like this thing. It's well designed.
I did have a couple gripes though. The headrest
..either the shaft should be longer with more holes or the cushion itself should be larger. I'm a short guy and I'm like dang really? It's just not long enough.
I don't feel like it's enough resistance. Like if you are doing curls or shoulder a little on the lighter side is good. But for chest stuff need a little more. I bought extra bands when I bought it thinking you could add more resistance by swapping bands. But I think it's replacement bands maybe.
Even so with those minor things this is a great machine. Replaced A LOT of equipment with this thing. Also did look up videos and followed along. So that's available.

Wonderful unit for older people

As a man pushing 80 with stenosis in my back and a hip replacement I find this exercise unit a blessing. Easy to use, store, set up and offers exercises for anyone. Thank you for doing your best. Only thing I would add is a neck support with the unit rather than charging more for one. Fixed income folks can have a difficult time paying the extra as I did.
